REFUND POLICIES 


According to Legislative Decree 06/09/05 n.206, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty, within 30 days of delivery of the goods.


This right is reserved only for Consumer Customers. The Consumer is any natural person who acts for purposes not related to any commercial, entrepreneurial or professional activity carried out. 


To exercise this right, the Consumer Customer, within 30 days of delivery of the products, must send a written communication by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to SPS S.r.l.s., Vicolo della Campanella 39 or to the e-mail address 2arrowsleatheroma@gmail.com, indicating the name, the address, BAnk details and telephone number and e-mail address. The Customer must also indicate the product or products for which it’s intended to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Essential in order to be able to initiate a notice of withdrawal is the the good/goods are intact. The right of withdrawal is totally lost for lack of the essential condition of the integrity of the asset, in cases where SPS S.r.l.s. ascertain:


  • the lack of the external packaging and/or the original packaging;

  • or the absence of integral elements of the product;

  • or damage to the product for reasons other than its transport.


In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, SPS S.r.l.s. will return the purchased good/goods to the sender, charging the shipping costs to the sender. 


EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL

Without undue delay and in any case within the term of 30 (thirty) working days starting form the communication of the withdrawal form the concluded contract, the Consumer Customer is required return the good/goods to SPS S.r.l.s. complete with everything originally delivered to the Consumer Customer as well packed. The deadline is met if the Consumer sends back the good/goods before the expiry of the 30-days period. The returned products(products must be accompanied by a copy of the electronic receipt of the order.

By law, the costs of returning the good/ goods to SPS S.r.l.s. are charged to the Customer.

The shipment untile receipt by SPS S.r.l.s. is under full responsibility of the Consumer.

In case of damage of the good/goods during the transport, SPS S.r.l.s. will prompt notify the Consumer, to allow to promptly file a complaint against the courier chosen and obtain reimbursement of the value of the good/goods; in this case the product/products will be made available by the Consumer for its return, at the same time cancelling the request of withdrawal.


SPS S.r.l.s. in not responsible in any way for damage or theft/loss of good/goods returned by uninsured shipments.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised in accordance with the provisions contained in this clause, SPS S.r.l.s. will reimburse the payments made by the Consumer without undue delay, except dor the return costs and in any case no later than 30 days fro the day of the receipt of the notice of withdrawal. The reimbursement, however, can be suspended until SPS S.r.l.s. has received the good/goods or until the consumer demonstrated that the good/goods has been returned.


SPS S.r.l.s. will proceed with said reimbursement using the payment method used by the Consumer Customer for the initial transaction or other expressly agreed. In any case the Consumer Customer will not have to bear the cost of such reimbursement.
