SHIPPING FEES


ITALY:

  • under 250 €: 15 €

  • over 250 €: FREE


EUROPE:

  • under 250 €: 25 €

  • over 250 €: FREE


USA & CANADA: 50 €


REST OF THE WORLD: 60 €


Shipments to destinations outside the EU may be subjected to import taxes or custom duties. These charges are responsibility of the consignee, who must pay the amount due to the shipper or to the relevant authorities. It’s up to the customer, in order to ensure that the parcel is cleared through customs, to provide all necessary information and/or pay the relevant fees. If the package is not cleared through customs it will be returned to our warehouse. 


Please also note that if you have made a return and requested an exchange of the product you originally ordered, the new shipment may be subject to import taxes by Customs Authorities. 


Please also note the return shipping costs are charged to the Customer. 



DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCTS


For the e-commerce services SPS S.r.l.s. makes delivery using differenìt couriers.

SPS S.r.l.s. will ship the goods within 24/48 hours from the acceptance of the confirmation of the transaction. 


Delivery times are 2-3 working days for EU Countries and 3-5 working days for the rest of the World.


The purchased good is delivered to the address indicated by the Customer in the purchase procedure. Any specific need must be proposes by the Customer to SPS S.r.l.s.


Through a link contained in the acceptance of the purchase of the order, or by using the codes referenced on the courier website, the Customer can check the status of the shipment of the order.

In the event of non-delivery due to the absence of the recipient at the address indicated in the order, the courier will leave a notice and try again a secondo time, if the recipient is still absent, the goods will be returned to the sender (SPS S.r.l.s., Vicolo della Campanella 39).

Upon delivery, the Customer is required to verify that the package is intact, not damaged or wet. Only after this verification the Customer will have to accept the delivery, otherwise it’s required to reject the package.

If goods arrive at their destination broken ok damaged, SPS S.r.l.s. undertakes to replace the products as its own expense, only and exclusively if the recipient has ascernaited the breakage or damage in the presence of the courier who made the delivery in the presence of the courier who made the delivery or if it’ indicated on the receipt document ACCEPTANCE WITH RESERVE.


If there is no correspondence between the order and the goods delivered, the Customer must promptly raise the dispute sending an e-mail to 2arrowsleathroma@gmail.com.
