BIG JOHN SELVEDGE CHAMBRAY SHIRT

The 5oz chambray shirt by BIG JOHN is slowly and carefully woven on vintage shuttle looms from the early 1950s, at a historic mill in Japan’s Bitchu region. Crafted with slub yarns in both the warp and weft, it features a dry, textured hand and a distinctively vintage character. Over time, the indigo dye reveals beautiful, unique fades making each piece a canvas of personal history. It has been constructed with triple needle stitching a hallmark of classic work shirts. This piece is built to last and can be enjoyed for years to come. This is a rigid (unwashed) garment and will shrink after washing.
