Meticulously handcrafted using 12 to 13 vintage, period-correct machines, each pair reflects the authentic character of original vintage denim, complete with intentional imperfections that add unique personality and charm.

Made from Japanese denim sourced from one of the most respected mills in Okayama Prefecture, the fabric is woven slowly on the legendary Toyoda G-9 shuttle loom using 100% American cotton. It features a medium-hard twist yarn that enhances the dry, rugged texture of the cotton, creating a richly textured, uneven surface that mirrors the look and feel of true vintage denim.
